The Training Blocks idea is inspired by the programs used in the SquashSkills Training Club courses. 

Following a lot of feedback and requests, we’re trialling making 6-week programs available to squash players who want more flexibility to do the sessions without the additional WhatsApp community, coach support and Zoom calls with the pro players.

Dedicate just 2 hours a week to take the assigned sessions and witness significant improvements in your game!

Step-By-Step Overview: For SquashSkills Subscribers

Once you've signed up, Sandra will get in touch with you to confirm when you’d like to start the 6-week program.

On the start date, she will set up the program on the SquashSkills Training app. You'll receive new sessions in weeks 1, 3, and 5, followed by repeat sessions in weeks 2, 4, and 6. This method provides ample time to master your technique and improve your fitness.

Upon completion, the program will be added to your Training app account as a Studio Program. You can revisit the program whenever you desire. Additionally, you'll receive the program in PDF format.

Step-By-Step Overview: If You Don't Have a SquashSkills Subscription

Once you've signed up, Sandra will get in touch with you to confirm when you’d like to start your 6-week program.

On the start date, Sandra will set you up on the SquashSkills Training app and add the program to your account. You'll receive new sessions in weeks 1, 3, and 5, followed by repeat sessions in weeks 2, 4, and 6. This method provides ample time to master your technique and improve your fitness.

You will also get full access to SquashSkills Playlists for 6 weeks to support your development.

After the 6 weeks, you'll receive the program materials as PDFs, including links to all the training videos.

Training Blocks are a more flexible and simplified version of the Training Club - You can pick your own start date and you will receive a 6-week program (3 sessions a week) that you can fit around your own schedule.

There are no extra commitments such as WhatsApp chat and Zoom calls.

If you are looking for maximum flexibility and just want to do sessions to improve a specific aspect of your game then the SquashSkills Training Blocks is for you!

The SquashSkills Training Club courses start at a fixed date and you will receive:

→ 6-week program

→ Access to the WhatsApp chat with the Coach

→ 3 exclusive Zoom calls with the Pro player. 

The WhatsApp chat gives you the opportunity to receive feedback directly from the Coach and help stay motivated as you work and share your progress with the rest of the group.

The 3 Zoom calls with the Pro player cover different topics and this allows you to get real insight into the way they train, their mentality and their everyday life as a professional squash player.
