FAQ: General

You can access your latest payments when you go to My Account, click on 'Update my card' and then at the very bottom there's 'Invoice History'. Just click on the little square with the arrow and it'll give you the option to download both the invoice and the receipt.

Go to My Account and click on 'Update my card' to check out your subscription details such as amount and next payment date.

The subscription cancellation option is on the Membership page, just below the subscription plans.

Once you've set your subscription to cancel it will be active until the end of your current paid period.

Your right to a refund:

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 the following directive relates to the exception to the right to cancel:

(a) Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of contracts;

(b) For the supply of services if the supplier has complied with regulation 8(3) and performance of the contract has begun with the consumer's agreement before the end of the cancellation period applicable.

Your contract with SquashSkills is deemed to commence when your Access to the Services is enabled, and as such the above regulation applies and we do not offer the right to cancel once the first access has been made and therefore no refunds are given.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account as this is a rolling subscription service. No refunds will be given if you fail to cancel as per the instructions outlined in clause 3.

FAQ: SquashSkills Training app

The app features a large variety of ready-made squash and fitness sessions and programs, created by our team and guest coaches.

You can find out more about it and download the app here.

To access the SquashSkills Training app, you'll need to look out for an email from SquashSkills with the subject line 'You're invited to train with SquashSkills'. 

This email contains your unique link to activate your account in the SquashSkills Training app but you will need to set up another password for the Training app specifically. We'd strongly recommend that you keep your password the same as used for your main SquashSkills account login for future ease.

If you can't find the email please check your spam or contact us and we will re-send it to you.

The SquashSkills Coaching app is a mobile-friendly version of the main website (squashskills.com) - Your go-to destination for all squash coaching videos, interviews, and documentaries when you're out and about.

You can find out more and download it if you click here.

We recommend using filters to narrow down your search by level and what you'd like to learn about. Try searching for words such as 'boast', 'backhand volley', 'return of serve' etc.
