These terms are supplemental to the Coach-Group Subscription Order Form and Agreement, Terms of Service and any associated terms, applicable when the Services are being accessed by a coach or organisation acting in the course of a trade, business or profession, and not as an individual consumer. These terms shall prevail in the event of any conflict.

You may use the SquashSkills Website, Apps or Services for your internal business purposes only, and not for any further commercial benefit or gain. Your licence to use any of the Services is non-exclusive and non-transferable and for any particular piece of Content is only for as long as you continue to be a current Subscriber to the Services. You may not collate, sell, rent, sub-license, lease, publish, transfer, distribute, or display Information to any third parties including any parent company, subsidiary, or affiliated entity.

You may not otherwise make Content available to others in any form unless required by law and where You have obtained Our consent to do so. You may not integrate the Services or Information into another intranet/extranet or into another service. You may not use automated scripts, software, spiders or any other automated means to access or utilise the Services. Any attempt to extract or download significant amounts of Content from the Services or to compile a database or similar from Content obtained from the Services is strictly forbidden. You may not alter, adapt, modify, vary, disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Services or Content.

When you use the Training App as part of your SquashSkills Services as an organisation or coach, you understand and accept that you are acting as a data controller for the personal data of coaches, players or other participants whose personal details you are entitled to access and view in the Training App. Please see the full requirements set out in the Everfit Privacy Policy.
