      Use this session with a self feed to practise the dynamics of the straight kill as discussed by Jethro in his Kill Variations playlist

      Focussing on the ability to get the ball low and very central on the front wall, work on this exercise to get the feeling of cutting in the kill and fading it before it reaches the side wall

      Use this exercise to experiment different types of kills as the ball will be lower and quicker. Get used to playing the ball close to the tin but keeping it up

      A really fun and creative exercise. Using the fig 8 drill to set up this exercise but when it feels good take the ball in short as a kill and feel different scenarios and what works

    • Description:

      This exercise gets your hands quick with a shorter swing. If you're able to do this exercise well and practise it lots, the ability for you to kill the ball quickly in a match will be highly improved
