    • Description:

      Both players play straight drives moving around each other into the same corner

    • Exercise Notes:3 minutes each side

    • Minutes on exercise:6:00

    • Description:

      Player 1 straight drives, Player 2 straight drives, Player 1 plays a crosscourt drive to change the side and repeat

    • Exercise Notes:2 minutes of hitting crosscourt from one side then swap

    • Minutes on exercise:4:00

    • Description:

      Players hit rotating rails but have the option to play a crosscourt drive to change sides

    • Exercise Notes:4 minutes

    • Description:

      Pairs practice - the order of shots is boast, straight drive from the front, straight drive from the back. Switch boaster on one side to change order. 

    • Exercise Notes:2 minutes of hitting crosscourt from one side then swap

    • Minutes on exercise:4:00

    • Description:

      Pairs practice - shot order is boast, cross court drive and then straight drive with no volleying. Emphasis on hitting straight from the back corner off a cross drive. Routine to be done on both sides

    • Exercise Notes:3 minutes each side

    • Description:

      In this pairs practice both players stand on the short line and play continual cross court volleys to one another.

    • Exercise Notes:2 minutes each side

    • Description:

      Ball has to land anywhere behind half court line

    • Exercise Notes:5 minutes

    • Minutes on exercise:5:00

    • Description:

      Ball must land behind the half court line with only one short shot per rally (no boast)
