Training /  Pairs - Advanced routines (35 mins)

    • Description:Player 1 either 2 wall or 3 wall boasts from the back and player 2 hits straight drives from the front

    • Exercise Notes:3 minutes at the front and back of the court

    • Minutes on exercise:6:00

    • Description:

      Player 1 drops from the back and Player 2 plays a straight drop followed by a straight drive, Player 1 then straight drives - repeat

    • Exercise Notes:3 minutes at front and back and also on both the forehand and backhand

    • Minutes on exercise:12:00

    • Description:Both players play straight drives moving around each other into the same corner

    • Exercise Notes:3 minutes on forehand and backhand

    • Minutes on exercise:6:00

    • Description:Both players play straight drives moving around each other into the same corner whilst also hitting shots in this order, above the service line, above the service line, below the service line

    • Exercise Notes:3 minutes on forehand and backhand

    • Minutes on exercise:6:00

    • Description:Conditioned game where the sequence of shots has to be long, long, short, short repeatedly until the rally is over

    • Exercise Notes:5 minutes
