      Side to side volley whilst stood on the short line.

    • Exercise Notes:Count the number of continuous volleys your able to hit in 2 minutes

      Consecutive figure of 8 volleys.

    • Exercise Notes:Count how many volleys you can hit in 1 minute. The ball must hit front wall then side wall.

      Stand 2 racket lengths away from the corner of the front and side wall and hit continuous volleys so the pattern goes sidewall, front wall, front wall, sidewall. 

    • Exercise Notes:Count the number of consecutive volleys you are able to hit from forehand to backhand.
