    • Description:

      In this exercise, players are both hitting cross court volleys back and forth to each other from around the middle of the court. Gradually increase the pace, to force your partner to react with a shorter, quicker swing

    • Description:

      Work through your standard boast and drive exercise, but with a real focus on the player at the front getting on the ball as quickly as possible, snapping their drives through from a punchier, more compact swing

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 4mins, and then switch positions

    • Description:

      Progressing on from previous boast & drive exercise, the focus is now on the player at the front getting onto the ball quickly to play a short attacking drop. Use the time of your partner's two shots from the back, to reset back to the T

    • Description:

      In this routine one player drops or boasts from the back corners, while the other player plays either a straight or cross drive from the front. Aim to get on the ball quickly at the front, and mix things up with the occasional drop to yourself

    • Description:

      Normal full court game, but with a compulsory straight drop off any short ball. Opponent then has option to either counter drop, or hit back to length. Aim to play from front with a quick compact swing, getting onto the ball as rapidly as possible
