Training /  Pairs - Practising length hitting (35 mins)

    • Description:Both players play straight drives moving around each other into the same corner.

    • Description:Player 1 straight drives, Player 2 straight drives, Player 1 plays a crosscourt drive to change the side and repeat.

    • Description:Ball must land behind the half court line with only the option to boast as an attacking shot to the front.

    • Exercise Notes:Play for 5 minutes

    • Description:Ball must land behind the half court line with only the option to volley short as an attacking shot to the front.

    • Exercise Notes:Play for 5 minutes

    • Description:Ball must land behind the half court line with only one short shot per rally (no boast)

    • Description:Normal game but with shoes positioned in both back corners. If you hit the shoe, you get extra points.

    • Exercise Notes:Play for 5 minutes

    • Description:Normal game but the ball is not allowed to hit the back wall after bouncing - player trying to retrieve the ball loses the rally. If the ball hits on the fly, play on.
