    • Description:2 players in the back two corners hitting boasts with one player move side to side at the front playing straight drives. Rotate clockwise

    • Exercise Notes:3 minutes in each position

      The player at the back boasts, one player hits a drop for the other player to come in from behind and hit a cross court drive. 3 mins each position, changed side.

    • Description:All players play straight drives moving around each other into the same corner with option of a boast which then has to be driven cross court. Back into rotating rails
