Training /  Threes - Advanced conditioned game session (35 mins)

All conditioned games are for two players with one standing at the back door rotating in. This session is challenging for any level of player. It will take good concentration and a lot of physical effort to achieve the best results.

    • Description:Ball must land behind the half court line with only the option to volley drop as an attacking shot to the front

    • Exercise Notes: 3rd person stands next to door. Winner stays on. Play for 5 minutes

    • Description:Conditioned game where the sequence of shots has to be long, long, short repeatedly until the rally is over

      Conditioned game where you play only deep in one quarter of the court. You are allowed to hit one short ball per rally. 3 minutes each back quarter

    • Exercise Notes:3 minutes playing to each back quarter

    • Minutes on exercise:6:00

    • Description:Normal game but with shoes positioned 3 feet behind the service box on both side walls. If you hit the shoe, you get extra points

    • Exercise Notes: 3rd person stands next to door. Winner stays on. Play for 5 minutes

    • Description:Normal game but with shoes positioned 3 feet away from the front wall on both side walls. If you hit the shoe, you get extra points

    • Description:Conditioned game where the first bounce has to be in front of the back line of the service box. The area between the back of the service box and the back wall out
