    • Description:

      Routine where one players hit a straight drop from the back corner and the other player hits a straight drive from the front corner. 2 minutes in each position and on both sides.

    • Exercise Notes:2 minutes on forehand and backhand

    • Description:Coach feeds the ball to the middle of the court and straight for the player to hit the deep drives. Start with an easy high feed and then gradually make it harder as practice continues. 3 minutes each side

    • Description:Coach feeds the ball deep and straight for the player to hit the same shot. Start with an easy high drive and then gradually make it harder as practice continues. 3 minutes each side

    • Description:

      The coach feeds the ball at shoulder height for the player standing on the T who is able to hit a straight volley long or short.

    • Description:Coach feeds an easy straight high shot slightly out to the middle and stands against the wall. Player to hit a straight volley drop from that angle. 3 minutes each side

    • Description:Coach feeds an easy straight front court shot slightly out to the middle and stand against the wall. Player to hit a straight drop from that angle. 3 minutes each side

    • Description:

      Coach feeds an easy shot for the player to hit a kill shot. The player can hit straight or cross and is trying to be as severe as possible.
