    • Description:

      Routine where one player is boasting from the back corners and the other player is playing straight drives from the front two corners. Keep the movements light and relaxed, working on hitting through the ball and letting the swing flow

    • Exercise Notes:Player at the front to hit 30 drives, then switch positions

    • Minutes on exercise:3:00

    • Description:

      Routine where one players hit a straight drop from the back corner and the other player hits a straight drive from the front corner. Keep your pathway to and from the ball smooth and fluid, linking your movement into your shot and staying light

    • Exercise Notes:Player at the front to hit 30 drives, then switch positions. Repeat on both sides of the court

    • Minutes on exercise:4:00

    • Description:

      In this pairs practice both players stand on the short line and play continual cross court volleys to one another. Stay light and bouncy on the feet throughout, focusing on your timing and rhythm

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 2mins, then switch positions. Count your best score of consecutive volleys
