    • Description:

      Routine where one player hits a straight drive from the back and then hits a straight drop, the other player hits a straight drop from the front and then a straight drive - vary in holding the ball, or taking it early. Change sides after 2mins

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 4mins, then switch positions with your partner

    • Description:

      Routine where one player is either dropping or boasting from the back, and the other player is playing a straight drive from the front. Look to hit through the line of the ball, using the racket follow-through to really guide your shot

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 4mins, then switch positions with your partner

    • Minutes on exercise:8:00

    • Description:

      Shot order is boast, cross court drive, and then straight drive deep - emphasis is moving forward after the boast, and looking for the volley off the cross drive. Really try and hit through the ball, and get your length into the corners
