      The exercise will benefit the player hitting from the back. Practise a lot more straight drops that usual in this condition game to hone the skill under a bit more real world context

      A classic condition game and one well worth doing this week to really practise the execution of the skill of the straight drop from deep. Look to play the straight drop from deep more often than you normally would

      A great condition game to give big rewards for hitting the shoe target at the front of the court. If a player is able to hit the shoe from a long drop from deep then 3 bonus points are awarded

      Focussing this game just on the deep backhand side, each player is allowed 3 drops from the bounce in this condition game. The idea is to encourage the long drop from the deep backhand as per the playlist from James Willstrop
