      In PAIRS, work on looking for and then executing a quality volley boast to move your opponent into the opposite front corner. This is a difficult shot to master so spend time attempting to get it right

      In this drill, rather than the second feed being on the bounce, lift it so the player can practise a VOLLEY DROP rather than a drop on the bounce. This allows the player working to focus on executing more volleys

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 5-mins each then swap the feeding, then swap sides

      In this drill look to have a progression whereby players switch positions every 10 shots without stopping the drill or dropping the ball. A great way to get high levels of ball control as well as communication about when to swap and how
