    • Description:

      Using straight drives down the middle, do 3 in a row of this shot and then on the 4th shot attempt to play a backhand drop shot from deep. Purposefully using a wide angle to start this practise

      Progressing from the last solo exercise, now play rolling drives to yourself, and when you feel appropriate and the spacing is good execute the backhand drop shot from deep

    • Description:

      Rather than positioning yourself in the middle, for this solo session feed yourself a deep ball into the glass to test your accuracy and target hitting. Do 2 sets of 30 feeds and note how many targets you achieve on each set
