    • Description:

      A great exercise to begin with whereby you can practise your straight kill as you would in a real match if the ball is loose and the opportunity presents itself

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 2.5mins on each side of the court

    • Minutes on exercise:5:00

    • Description:

      Using the previous exercise BUT now replace the straight kill with a CROSS COURT KILL. Practise both the thin and the wide cross court kill in this exercise. Game swaps sides after the kill

    • Exercise Notes:Do for a total of 5mins

    • Description:

      Similar to the first exercise, but now focus on executing the volley kill into the front. 

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 2.5mins on each side of the court

    • Minutes on exercise:5:00

    • Description:

      Use this game to practise taking the ball in short (especially on the kill) when you get in front of your opponent. This is generally the correct time in a match to do this

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 11 points

    • Description:

      A game that is played majority to the back but look to get the kill in when the opportunity arises. A great way to practise the shot as you would in a match

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 11 points

    • Description:

      One of the best games to work in your attacking shots just above the tin. Be sure to also hit the ball as deep as possible in order to set you up to attack the front at the right times
