Training /  Zero to Hero: Solo drops practice (25mins)

    • Description:

      Work on getting down low to the ball, and maintaining a soft hand. Focus on a natural extension through the racket and follow through to your target on the front wall, aiming the bounce to be as close to the side wall as possible

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 4mins on the FH, and 4mins on the BH

    • Description:

      Focus on same technique points as for the previous exercise, but really thinking now more about your position in relation to the ball as it rebounds off of the side wall

    • Exercise Notes:Take a minute to warm the ball up again, then work for 4mins on the FH and 4mins on the BH

    • Minutes on exercise:9:00

    • Description:

      Stay low on the ball, concentrating on keeping a soft touch through the racket, and imparting a little bit of fade on the ball so that it stays tight to the side wall

    • Exercise Notes:Take a minute to warm the ball up again, then work for 3mins on the FH and 3mins on the BH
