      Focussing here on the continuous aspect of ghosting, do a 5min ghost to random areas of the court. Build up to 5 sets of 5mins continuous ghosting with 2min rest between sets

      This session focusses purely on the speed side of ghosting. Try and put everything into this session when you are working as the work will be short (30sec) and the rest will be long (90sec)

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 30sec on with a 90sec rest to maximise blitzing speed. Do between 10-20 sets in total

      This session will focus on the more ORTHODOX side of ghosting. Work on having quite a large curve and arc to the front and back corners to create a lot of space between you and the ball

      Adapt this exercise a little for the big ANAEROBIC session that is a real killer. Work at 85% maximum. Random ghosting to any corner but work for 2min and only rest for 30sec

    • Exercise Notes:Adapt this to an ANAEROBIC session for 2min on and 30sec off. Try and complete 3 sets and eventually build up to 10 sets
