      Use this exercise to get the ball warm as well as working on your rhythm, timing and feel all on the volley. You will need to learn to feel and execute the volley drop from a warm and bouncy ball when possible

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 30 shots on the BACKHAND or until ball is appropriately warm

    • Minutes on exercise:3:00

    • Description:

      Focussing solely on the BACKHAND side for this drill, self feed with a straight ball and execute a quality volley drop shot aiming to avoid hitting the side wall and running the ball as tight as possible

    • Exercise Notes:Do 20 shots aiming to hit the floorboards before the side wall. Get the ball as tight as possible. Reset back to 0 if you hit a tin
