Using this first drill, try and hit the ball as high as you can on the front wall and landing it in the service box to get used to using height

Following on from the previous drill, rather than landing the ball in the service box see if you can land the ball as deep as possible now and keeping the rally going using height

Description:
Now bringing in a level of variability, hit one ball around or below the service line, then the next ball as high as you can on the front wall

Description:
When hitting the cross court in this exercise be sure to use a lot of height when taking it across the court. The key to this is shortening your swing, opening your racket face, and sending the ball high and wide

Description:
Start with this drill BUT WHEN YOU FEEL IT'S RIGHT PLAY A VOLLEY CROSS COURT LOB. The idea here is to hone using height on the volley cross lob

Description:
Feed yourself a straight drop and practice hitting the cross court lob from this area of the court. Remember to get under the ball and lift it onto the front wall so that it lifts even more once it hits the front wall
