      A follow-on drill from the last on but now play one above, then one below the service line to bring in variation

      A shot you would not normally play but it really does help hone straight hitting as you have no side wall to protect you. Work on hitting the middle line as often as possible

    • Description:

      Bringing the ball onto the volley now, see if you can control and be accurate with your straight hitting whilst doing it on the volley
