    • Description:

      In this exercise the player is hitting deep straight drives into the back corner, trying to create a rhythmical practice. Stay loose and relaxed throughout, concentrating on grooving your swing and not worrying too much about specific targets

    • Exercise Notes:Start with 30 drives to yourself on each side, mixing both drives to the back of the service box and drives off of the back wall

    • Minutes on exercise:2:00

    • Description:

      In this exercise, the player is hitting straight volleys back to himself from in front of the service box. Stay light on the feet, and work on getting a nice rhythm through your swing. Increase the pace as you get more comfortable

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 1 minute on each side, counting your best score of consecutive volleys

    • Minutes on exercise:4:00

    • Description:

      Stand on the short line and hit continuous short drives back to yourself, trying to take the next shot on the rise each time. Focus again on your rhythm and timing, finding a flow with your shot

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 30 shots on each side of the court

    • Minutes on exercise:2:00

    • Description:

      Shot must alternate between forehand and backhand and hit front wall to side wall, side wall to front wall. Try and make the shot fluid and rhythmical, c
