      Playing your straight drives up and down the side wall, use a boast to practise your movement into the front corners. Mix up the boast with easy feeding as well as pressure feeding to work on all aspects of movement

      Using this solo, feed yourself and play a volley drop. From here try and collect the volley drop playing an appropriate shot in response to the quality of the volley drop. Focus on correct movement lines and patterns
