      Thinking about Shaun's explanation of DYING length, perform this drill to get used to hitting your length so it hits the back of or just behind the service box.

      Thinking about Shaun's explanation of KILLS, perform this drill to get used to hitting a lot of consecutive kills to yourself and to get used to where the top of the tin is to attack

      In this drill try and combine all 3 types of lengths; DEEP, DYING, KILL. A high level of skill is required for this drill but when done well it will really hone your ability to hit length

      Now we look to incorporate the cross court as a good angle for your length. As Shaun mentions, do not overuse this shot and you should look to play 70% straight to 30% angles

    • Exercise Notes:Do for a total of 5mins. When the angle gets used continue down the opposite side wall

    • Description:

      Now we look to incorporate the boast as an attacking angle partnered with your length. As Shaun mentions, do not overuse this shot and you should look to play 70% straight to 30% angles
