      Starting easier, feed yourself a drop and practise the cross court lob to the opposite back corner. To make more difficult feed the drop better as well as starting deeper in the court

      Working on being able to counter a drop with another drop. Start easy and look to progress to higher and more challenging feeds and court positions when feeling comfortable

      Using the same set up as the last drill but instead of playing a counter drop, practise the backhand flick down the line to the back of the court. A great alternative way to defend
