      Use this exercise to get the ball warm as well as working on your rhythm, timing and feel. You will need to learn to feel and execute the drop from a warm and bouncy ball when possible

    • Exercise Notes:Do for a total of 30 shots or until ball is appropriately warm

    • Minutes on exercise:3:00

    • Description:

      Focussing solely on the BACKHAND side for this drill, self feed with a boast from the forehand and execute a quality drop shot aiming to avoid hitting the side wall and running the ball as tight as possible

    • Exercise Notes:Do 20 shots aiming to hit the floorboards before the side wall. Get the ball as tight as possible. Reset back to 0 if you hit a tin
