      Use this exercise to get the ball warm as well as working on your rhythm, timing and feel. You will need to learn to feel and execute the drop from a warm and bouncy ball when possible

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 30 shots on the BACKHAND or until ball is appropriately warm

      Focussing solely on the BACKHAND side for this drill, self feed to the middle of the court and execute a quality drop shot aiming for the nick area

    • Exercise Notes:Do 20 shots aiming to hit the front and then side wall nick area. Reset back to 0 if you hit a tin
