    • Description:

      In this exercise, you'll be hitting straight drives back to yourself that land inside the service box. Focus here first on the basics of getting the appropriate grip and wrist position, before increasing the pace in the subsequent drills

      In this exercise you're still hitting to yourself, but now aiming for the ball to come off the back wall. Experiment with different swing speeds and racket angles to get the ball deep into the corner, focusing also on your rotation and spacing

    • Description:

      In this drill you're hitting drives to yourself, alternating between hitting one above the service line and one below. Try and keep your racket preparation the same, adjusting just the racket head speed and line of the follow through

    • Exercise Notes:Work on the alternate drives for 5mins

    • Minutes on exercise:5:00

    • Description:

      In this exercise you're hitting straight drives back to yourself, with the option to hit a cross court drive at any time to change sides. Work on introducing holds in your swing, disguising your intentions and switching sides with deception

    • Exercise Notes:Work on the drives with cross-court option for 5mins to finish the session
