      Stand near the back of the service box and treat the lifted ball as a feed to give you the time to prepare properly and implement the teaching points from the playlist.

      Try to develop a rhythm where the ball bounces up off the back wall initially, this will allow you to get into a groove and give you time to prepare properly and practice your technique.

      Feed yourself in the middle of the court and practice preparing properly and transferring weight into the shot. This will help you to open racket face and hit down on the ball.

      Go back to one above, one below and see if it feels different. Try and hit the occasional kill in as well as an attacking drive.

      Use this as a test to see how your technique holds up by trying to hit straight drives down the middle. You need to hit the ball perfectly straight for this to work.
