      Feeding yourself a boast, practise the execution of a quality drop. Over time use more variation of boasts as well as experimenting different ways to execute the shot depending on where you are in the court

      This drill will put you higher up the court and closer to the front wall. You may need to adapt slightly to the conditions and experiment what style of counter drop works best for you

      Now bringing in a level of randomness to the exercise, random short feeds with the execution of the counter drop. This brings a level or realism to the application of the shot

      Building on this random feed, rather than playing a counter drop start to practise the trickle boast. Going in with the threat of hitting long and whipping the ball around the corners is massively effective
