      Moving into hitting the ball a little harder, this exercise will look to give you confidence with continual straight volleys back to yourself. Be sure to work on a short backswing with a lot of racket head control

      This exercise brings together a lot of skills in order to control the T. The mixture of doing figure of 8 volleys as well as taking the ball is short will give you a lot of confidence when looking to volley and control the T in a match
