In this exercise the player feeds themself to play a FH straight drop. The penalty of resetting your score to zero for an error increases the pressure on your shot, replicating a match situation. Be strict on your classification of a winner

    • Exercise Notes:The target is to hit 10 straight drop 'winners' in a row. If you hit the tin, reset your score to zero and start again. If you hit an 'average' drop that is up but not high quality, your score stays the same and the shot is not counted
