      Starting high and slow with this drill to get the feel of the grip and work on the shape of the backhand swing. Do not worry too much if you mess up early on while trying to make changes

      Using this drill to speed things up a little on the backhand. Try and keep a shorter and simpler swing and still maintain parts of the backhand shape and starting position
