      Use this exercise to get some rhythm in your hitting, and to get the ball warmed up ready to practice your attacking options at the front. Vary between drives that come off the back wall, and drives that bounce more toward the back of the box

    • Exercise Notes:Hit 100 FH drives, varying height and pace

    • Minutes on exercise:4:00

    • Description:

      Feed the ball as described in the video, but vary between hitting drops, drives, & trickle boasts. Concentrate on shaping the same for each shot to add disguise, plus also introducing hold into the swing as outlined in Palmer's playlist
