      Using this drill to set you up for practising hitting a traditional cross court wide and deep. Aim to land the ball low on the side wall behind the service box

      A great drill to practise the thin cross court looking to die it off and make it bounce twice before reaching the side wall. Aim to get the second bounce as close to the side wall as possible

      Looking to be very attacking with this exercise, feed the ball up and go for the short cross court nick honing your angles and understanding where the ball should end up when playing this shot

    • Description:

      Working on the ability to play a quality cross court lob from the front, feed yourself a drop and look to execute a lob that goes high and wide taking the volley away from your opponent

    • Exercise Notes:Do for a total of 5mins (warm the ball us also every so often)

    • Minutes on exercise:5:00

    • Description:

      Combining all the above ways to hit a cross court, choose what feels appropriate and practise the cross court variations. You may want to feed a volley or straight drop every so often to work on the volley nick and the cross court lob
