      This drill brings in 3 elements of Peter Nicol's playlist. Hitting the ball straight, hitting the ball deep and boasting. A lovely repeating drill to hone all these 3 essential elements of the game that s required at amateur level

      A pairs drill that works on a number of key aspect around the amateur game. This one if particularly useful as it brings in the straight volley from the lob which can replicate the serve and return practise also

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 5mins and then swap sides and repeat

    • Description:

      A highly skilled exercise for both players. Working mainly on the idea of playing the ball in short from the high lob but also very beneficial for the player in front learning to keep the ball alive when a good shot is played 

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 5mins in each position then swap and repeat
