      A good starting drill with a bit of movement for both players. The front player is looking to straight lob off every boast and to practice using a lot of height

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 5mins in each position then swap

      A similar but progressive drill to the last one, with the player in the front focussing on lifting the ball cross court from their partners straight volley drop

    • Description:

      Now both players practicing using height more from the back of the court with either player able to cross court at anytime BUT it needs to be a shot that uses height

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 5mins in total

    • Description:

      The player only able to hit to the back should be looking to use a lot of height in order to buy themselves time as well as using good variation

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 11 points and then swap the task

    • Description:

      Both players now using a lot of height on the front wall and exploring how to win points using height

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 11 points

    • Description:

      Using the alley as a foundation BUT NOW both players can play a CROSS COURT LOB at anytime in order to change the sides of the alley
