      A great drill for both players to focus on their drops. One player focussing on drops from deep while the other player focussing on drops from the front

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 2mins in each position and then swap sides of the court

      Building in the straight volley drop like you would play in a rally, both players are looking to get in front and practise the volley drop when appropriate

      A more expressive and attacking exercise where both players can look to attack with a cross court nick when appropriate

      A game whereby you get 3 bonus points for hitting the shoe target at the front. Lots of opportunity to try and attack the front of the court for big points

      A game that forces the player to take the ball in short on every third shot. This will give a lot of opportunities to discover how to take the ball in short from multiple situations

      A classic game in the front 3/4 of the court thereby lending itself a lot for the ball to be taken in short and for the skill to be honed
