      Conditioned game where you play deep in the alley with only a boast alternative option. The boast has to be dropped and then hit straight and deep again. Continue playing deep alley. No volleys after the drop.

    • Exercise Notes:Play 2 games of first to 11, focusing on using the boast when you sense your opponent is out of position, and trying to get onto the boast with a quick counter drop in response

      Conditioned game where you play only deep in the court, meaning the first bounce of the ball is behind the mid court line on the floor. You are allowed to straight volley drop short but not twice in a row.

      Conditioned game where you have to hit behind the mid court line on the floor with only the option of going short if you are in front of your opponent.

    • Exercise Notes:Play 2 games of first to 11, focusing on taking the ball in short to attack your opponent once you have them buried deep behind you

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00

    • Description:

      Conditioned game where you have to play a straight counter drop off of any short shot your opponent hits. The response is then hit to length, and the rally continues.

    • Exercise Notes:Play 2 games of first to 11, focusing on moving quickly onto any short balls that your opponent plays and putting in an immediate counter drop
