      A simple drill but one where you can set your intentions for threat from both positions. Be sure to engage the wrist, get early preparation and get your racket above the ball for threat on each shot

      Again a simple dill but it's all about setting your intentions early. You can work on threat from deep shots as well as threat pushing up on the volley in this drill. Keep yourself on task and remind yourself what you are looking to get o

    • Description:

      Vary the pace and angles and heights of the feed and when looking to take the volley in short build a lot of threat in your swing. Get tall and reach up for those high balls to get your shape correct

    • Description:

      A really intense game with the ball being low on the front wall so this should teach you to try and get your racket up and a lot of threat very early on. Because if you don't you will not be able to get the ball to stay low and attacking

      Similar to the previous game where you need to keep the ball in the front 3/4 of the court. Look as always to set your intentions for threat and to get yourself in a good position to give you options on the shot

      Another pretty intense game but it should force you to look to take the ball early and get your racket up and ready to attack and build threat. If you are late you will find you will need to defend a lot of the time
