    • Description:

      Conditioned game where you can hit anywhere in the court but with shoes positioned 2 racket lengths off the front wall. If you hit a shoe, you immediately win rally +1 bonus point. Focus on flowing through the ball, and working into the targets

      Conditioned game where you can hit anywhere in the court but with shoes positioned at back of the service boxes. If you hit a shoe, you immediately win rally +1 bonus point. Focus again on flowing through the ball, and working into the targets

      Conditioned game where winner of the previous point can only play straight during next rally (drives, drops, kills). When you're hitting straight only, really think about varying height and pace to stop your opponent cutting out your shots

    • Description:

      Conditioned game where you can play the ball only in the front 3/4 of the court. The ball is out if it first bounces anywhere behind the back of the service box line. Look to take the ball early and be aggressive, varying your length and pace
