      Both players can look to practice and visualise their partnerships in this drill. Front player looking to combine showing short and hitting long. Back player shortening swing and using the boast

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 5mins in each position then swap

      A very simple drill but lots that players can do to work on their partnerships from the front and back of the court. See if you can catch your opponent out in this drill

      Similar to the last drill BUT the player in the front can now ALSO trickle boast. This works on partnering the drop from the back as well as the trickle from the front

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 5mins on one side and then swap

      One player is slightly more limited now but both players should be able to work on some partnerships here within their games

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 11 points and then swap the task

    • Description:

      Very similar to the pervious game BUT now one player has to cross court everything (which also includes boasts)

      A quick and fast-fire game compressed into the front of the court so players need to think and react quick and then use their partnerships where possible in the moment
