      Part 1 is getting the ball past your opponent. Use this drill to hone this skill and work on not letting your opponent get in front and dominate you from the T

      Part 2 is pushing up to the T and looking to volley. Use this drill to get in front of your opponent when you can as well as trying to stop them doing the same to you

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 5mins on one side and then swap

      Part 3 is taking the ball in short. This is a great drill to hone and work on the straight volley drop when you are in a good position 

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 2.5mins on each side of the court

    • Description:

      Part 1 is getting the ball past your opponent. This game is purely focussed on getting the ball past your opponent so use it to hone this skill. Get on the volley where possible to make your life easier as well

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 11 points

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00

    • Description:

      This game combines ALL parts of the game plan: 1) get the ball past your opponent 2) get up to the T 3) take the ball in straight short when in front 

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 15 points

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00

    • Description:

      This final game condenses the court into the front section and more chance to practice parts 2 and 3 of the game plan, especially so the front part of the court
