    • Description:

      Routine where one players hit a straight drop from the back corner and the other player hits a straight drive from the front corner. Both players should focus on getting onto the ball early and taking it on the rise.

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 3mins each on the FH, then switch to the BH

    • Description:

      One player hits a straight drive from back corner and then hits a straight drop. The other player hits a straight drop from the front corner and then a drive. Focus on getting onto the ball early and taking it on the rise where possible.

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 3mins each on the FH, then switch to the BH

    • Description:

      Work the rally as in a normal rotating drives practice, but focus on getting on the ball early and not letting it go through to the back wall

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 3mins each on the FH, then switch to the BH

    • Minutes on exercise:6:00

    • Description:

      Work the rally as in the previous exercise, but now with the option to hit a straight drop also. Maintain focus on getting on the ball early and taking it on the rise, for both the drop and the drive

    • Exercise Notes:Work for 3mins each on the FH, then switch to the BH

    • Minutes on exercise:6:00

    • Description:

      Conditioned game where you are not allowed to let the ball hit the back wall - this immediately means the point is over. If the ball hits the back wall on the fly, play on.

    • Exercise Notes:Play 2 games to 11 using the conditioned game rules
