      This is a tough game as one player can only hit the ball to the back. The focus for this player should be on VARIATION OF PACE to the back as well as attempting to FIND THE SPACES within the limitation

      A great game to really focus and concentrate on VARIATION within your game as well as the ability to hit the ball to OPEN SPACES

      When playing a shot player, one great tactic is to be disciplined with your straight line hitting. This condition forces one player to only hit the ball straight therefore working on accuracy and ball control with this skill

      A classic condition game and one whereby both players can only play straight in the alley. A great way to hone the skills of accurate straight hitting when trying to nullify a shot player as well as finding space

    • Description:

      When playing shot players and drop lobers, a great tactic is to get them wide and deep and then TAKE THE T. This condition rewards taking the T and volleying whereby the player doing this can hit short

      When looking to nullify a shot player or a drop lober, look to GET THE T more often and be higher up the court. This condition forces players to volley more and to take the ball earlier
