Exercise Notes:Follow the sequence of 3 drop>drives, then switch. Work for 6mins, and repeat on both sides of the court

Exercise Notes:Work for 4mins boasting one side each, and then switch positions with your partner.

Description:
Focus on the key technique points of a good straight drive, thinking about positioning, racket control, and rhythm. Look to put your opponent under pressure by getting the ball bouncing through to the back wall.
Exercise Notes:Work for 5mins, and then switch to the other side of the court.

Description:
In the 1st game both players must hit every ball to ball bounce behind the short line. For the 2nd game the ball can be hit to bounce once before the short line, as long as the 2nd bounce goes beyond (allowing for lower, more attacking drives).
