    • Description:

       

      One person feeds from the back, one person drives from the front. The person at the front focuses on the teaching points, feeder offers feedback. 

    • Exercise Notes:5 minutes on backhand only, switch positions

    • Description:

      This will allow time for both players to prepare for their shot given the lifted nature of the drives. 

    • Exercise Notes:Hit for 6 minutes on the backhand side

      Try to get into a rhythm initially, as you both feel more comfortable start attacking more and try to put more pressure on your partner.

      Add in the option to kill when you feel comfortable.
