    • Description:

      A great exercise for the player in the front to hone their counter drop skills and develop feel for the shot

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 2.5mins in each position then swap and then swap sides of the court

    • Description:

      Bringing in more movement to this exercise and a sense of realism, the counter drop can be practised off the boast now if appropriate to do so

    • Exercise Notes:Do for a total of 5mins

    • Minutes on exercise:5:00

    • Description:

      Using this drill BUT ADDING in the option to also trickle boast from the front as well. The rally should be reset always to the same side it began on

    • Exercise Notes:Do for 5mins on one side and then swap

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00

    • Description:

      A fun game to be experimental in the execution of the cross court drop

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 11 points and then swap sides

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00

    • Description:

      A more condensed game in the front 3/4 of the court. This should allow more opportunities to practise the counter drop and trickle boast 

    • Exercise Notes:Play first to 15 points

    • Description:

      Using the fully alley game as a foundation but ADDING IN the option to play a trickle boast off your opponents drop shot. The alley needs to be reset to the same side it started on
